What does this means? I dont have the symptoms of tb and the doctor said i have a history of having tb. And she told me to undergo 6 mos treatment. Am i infected? Do i have an active tb? Im confuse. 1. The findings may represent an old tubercular infection. 2. You should get a HRCT of thorax done before proceeding with the treatment. 3. Besides that sputum examination and ESR should also be done to establish ACUTE infection.
